AI FOR BUSINESS

Less admin. More time.

Powerful AI, put to work for you.

Nordlith helps Brisbane businesses put AI to work on emails, routine administration and follow-ups—connected to the tools you already use, with your team in control.

01 / THE WORK

A status report should reveal what needs attention

When each team maintains a different update, a polished weekly summary can conceal missing information. We build reporting workflows that collect the agreed sources, identify conflicts and distinguish a fresh update from an old one. You receive a source map, a working reporting flow and a review view that makes missing coverage obvious before the report is circulated.

02 / THE WORK

Illustrative example: Bring a delivery exception into the weekly pack

A project update mentions a supplier delay, but the task system still shows the old milestone. The integration attaches both records to the report and prepares the question for the project owner. It does not quietly rewrite the agreed plan. Once the owner decides, the approved change can follow a separate, tested update step. If a source is unavailable, the report identifies that gap.

04 / THE WORK

What to bring to discovery

Share the current weekly pack and a list of all sources that feed into the reporting workflow. Define the project reference matching rule that links updates from different teams to the correct record. Provide an example of a stale or unavailable source so the workflow can identify missing coverage. Name the report reviewer and the person who approves circulation of the final summary.

05 / THE WORK

Make remote reviews work for the delivery team

We work remotely with Brisbane businesses using a shared walkthrough, an agreed sample report and demonstrations against selected cases. If colleagues work across states, confirm review times explicitly: Queensland does not change to daylight saving time. The engagement defines the people available for sign-off and who supports the workflow after handover.

06 / THE WORK

Bring the report everyone rebuilds each week

Include its source list and one decision it failed to surface. We will assess whether straightforward automation is enough before proposing an AI component.

07 / FIRST ENGAGEMENT

Choose the reporting boundary your team is ready to own

The first engagement should make one reporting decision easier without quietly expanding into production access. Compare the inputs, deliverable, approval boundary and acceptance evidence before choosing the starting point.

Read-only report preparation

Bring: the weekly pack, its source list, record-matching rule and examples of missing or stale updates.

Receive: a reconciled draft report that identifies conflicts, source gaps and questions for the project owner.

Boundary: no source record is changed and no prepared action is sent. Your reporting lead approves the pack.

Accept it when: agreed sample cases trace back to their sources, exceptions are visible and the reporting lead can repeat the review.

Reviewed action preparation

Bring: the accepted report, decision rules, action templates and the named owner for each unresolved exception.

Receive: draft questions or next actions attached to the relevant record and ready for an authorised person to review.

Boundary: the workflow prepares work but does not send messages, update systems or approve its own recommendations.

Accept it when: every draft shows its source, intended owner and required approval, including a safe path when information is incomplete.

Separately approved record updates

Bring: an accepted read-only workflow, explicit write rules, a test environment where available, rollback requirements and named system owners.

Receive: a separately scoped update step for the exact approved fields, with an audit trail and failed-write handling.

Boundary: production writes remain off until the responsible owner approves the scope and acceptance plan. Reporting access does not become update authority.

Accept it when: permitted changes, rejected changes, duplicates and rollback are demonstrated against agreed cases, and a support owner is named for handover.

Before we start.

Will the report make missing information visible?

Yes, the workflow collects agreed sources, identifies conflicts, and distinguishes fresh updates from old ones. If a source is unavailable, the report identifies that gap rather than concealing it, making missing coverage obvious before the summary is circulated to stakeholders.

Can we start read-only before allowing project updates?

Yes, the initial phase can focus on gathering records and preparing questions for the project owner without rewriting the agreed plan. Once the owner decides, the approved change can follow a separate, tested update step, ensuring the workflow does not quietly alter operational data.
